Within the Human Resource Leadership Development Program (HR LDP) Internship Program, you'll have first hand involvement with the Raytheon programs and people behind our reputation, including many top-level Raytheon senior executives.
The HRLDP Internship Program is a challenging 3-month assignment that provides authentic, developmental, and challenging HR opportunities to Master's level intern candidates. Development is focused in the areas of Human Resources, Business Acumen, and Leadership. The program will provide you with an internship opportunity to gain broad exposure to our diversified businesses and to achieve breadth across our HR functions with a position in areas such as Employee & Labor Relations, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Compensation, HR Information Systems, and more. Participants will be assigned challenging positions and projects that will provide them with the opportunity to be a strategic business partner, working with various levels of management. The HRLDP Internship Program offers a comprehensive assimilation and mentoring program along with formal and on-the-job learning and development.
Potential internship locations include: Tucson, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Dallas, TX; Largo, FL; Indianapolis, IN; Aurora, CO; London, UK; Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:
We are looking for Master's level candidates who have completed their first year of graduate school. Applicants must be mobile and willing to relocate for their internship.
Required Skills:
3.0 Cumulative GPA or greater
Demonstrated leadership skills
Candidates must be between their first and second year of graduate school
Required Education:
Pursuing an MS/MA/MBA with emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development or other HR related field
Pursuing any MBA or JD with practical HR experience
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Prior business experience in HR
